The Strellson Magazine is a good proof that brands can support well done things. The issue Fall / Winter 2008 features an interview with Dieter Meier. And he has a good point of view about illegal downloads which is worth to quote because it is exactly on the point:

“We´ve had all that before. People thought music cassettes were going to wreck the industry. It wasn´t true at all - it was a wonderful method of disseminating music. The music industry will go bust because of its own own stupidity, not because of downloads. It´s a reactionary industry that´s stopped developing emerging artists.”
